We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your rental begins.
On busy days, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If that's the case, we'll call the Friday before to confirm someone will be at the location.

Absolutely. UFO Party Rentals cleans and disinfects every piece of equipment with all-natural cleaning products after every single rental. No exceptions.
Yes. A continuous blower keeps the inflatable pressurized. Once unplugged, it deflates.
We require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the unit — or a generator rental. We bring our own heavy-duty extension cords to prevent tripped circuit breakers.
We love park setups! However, most parks do not have electricity. You'll need to rent a generator from us at a reasonable cost.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Call our office as soon as possible. If you cancel for any reason — including weather — we'll issue a rain check equal to your deposit, valid for up to 365 days.

Most of our bounce houses are 15×15 feet — slightly larger than many competitors.
Each rental listing includes the exact space requirements. Inflatables need room for staking and the blower, and cannot rub against walls or trees.
Check the requirements listed with each rental unit. Make sure you have at least a 4-foot-wide access path to the setup area.
Large inflatable units can weigh over 800 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room. Call us if you're unsure whether your space will work.
We can set up on grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, and concrete.
We cannot set up on rocks, as the constant friction wears through the vinyl. Carnival games can go on nearly any surface. The ideal setup is grass with stable ground and clear overhead space.
If your location has a surface conflict, call the office to discuss our procedure for those setups.
Yes! A link to the contract and safety rules is included in your receipt after ordering. You can also contact our office to have a copy emailed to you.
Normal wear and tear: You are not responsible. Seams may develop minor tears in high-traffic areas over time — just alert us so we can address it.
Negligence or misuse: If damage occurs from ignoring safety rules (for example, not turning off the blower in high winds), you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
We provide clear safety rules and a contract so you can operate the equipment confidently. Our commercial-grade rentals are a significant investment, and following the guidelines protects everyone.
